These Terms & Conditions govern all “Ground Transportation Service” bookings made through Luxento Services Limited (“Luxento”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By completing a reservation, the customer accepts these terms.
Luxento Services Limited (Company Number: 16894067) is the commercial provider of the service and the contractual party to the customer.
Luxento may delegate the physical performance of the transportation service to licensed third-party subcontracted operators in Türkiye.
These operators act independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Luxento.
A binding service contract is established directly between the customer and Luxento Services Limited upon completion of the booking.
The transportation service is performed by a licensed subcontracted operator on behalf of Luxento. Vehicle provision, driver conduct, route selection, compliance with local laws, and all operational responsibilities lie with the subcontractor.
Luxento is not liable for delays, operational issues, omissions, or service failures caused by subcontractors. Luxento’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the booking.
The customer must provide accurate booking information, be present at the scheduled pickup time, and comply with relevant regulations. Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information are the customer’s responsibility.
All payments are collected directly by Luxento Services Limited. Upon successful payment, the customer receives a service invoice issued by Luxento.
Luxento compensates subcontracted operators according to internal agreements. The customer is not a party to these arrangements.
The customer may cancel the booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable. Modification requests depend on subcontractor availability.
Luxento is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road closures, official regulations, or any circumstances beyond the subcontractor’s control.
Customer information is processed solely for delivering the service and may be shared with licensed subcontracted operators. All data processing complies with UK GDPR and applicable regulations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within this jurisdiction.
Luxento may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect once published on the website.
Luxento may refuse or cancel service due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, incomplete information, or requirements imposed by local laws.
Subcontracted operators act as independent businesses. Luxento does not control their operational decisions, vehicle condition, driving methods, or timing. Operational responsibility lies entirely with the subcontractor.
